JHMA is pleased to join other E&P, consultancy and service companies in becoming a ‘William Smith’ sustaining sponsor for the Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain (PESGB). This offers a little extra support to the Society. Together with the oil and gas industry in general it is under financial pressure: revenue is curtailed due to cancelled or postponed events. JHMA Activities Temporarily Affected by Covid-19
JHMA has supported confidential Unitisation and Redetermination cases for two international clients through Q1 2020. We wait to understand how the global pandemic and petroleum industry price collapse may affect these and other projects over coming months.

We wish all clients, friends and their families well for the coming months. In the meantime all JHMA work is conducted from home with full remote access to office systems....

Please get in touch to discuss how this change and other improvements in the model form will impact drafting of unitisation agreements.
For the first time a model Pre-Unitisation Agreement (PUA) is also promoted by the AIPN; JHMA can also advise on technical aspects of negotiating a PUA whether adopting this model form or not....
